Ingredients
Wheat flour 2 cups
Rice flour 1 cup
Onion 3 big
Green chillies 2
Ginger 1 inch piece
Corriander or curry leaves
1 tbs curds.
Method
Mix the flours, salt and curds, adding enough water to make a thick batter. Chop all other ingredients finely, and add to the batter. Keep for 10 minutes and make Dosas. Serve with coconut chutney….
